About me – I began my conveyancing business in 2003 with my mother, Susan Minards. Since 2015 I have been managing the practice. Together we brought our conveyancing service to home buyers and sellers in Lane Cove and the surrounding area, building up the business through attention to detail and dedication to customer service.
Select Conveyancing has a loyal client base and I have personally helped many of our clients through multiple sales and purchase matters.
I have a qualification in Conveyancing Law and Practice from Macquarie University. I am a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and have an NSW Office of Fair Trading license to practice.
Being a licensed conveyancer I must complete continuing professional education programs to ensure that they are current with legislation and regulations governing property conveyancing. This means that the practice is kept up to date with the latest professional practice requirements.
Select Conveyancing is a licensed property conveyancer, under the Conveyancers Licensing ACT 1995.
The Conveyancers Licensing Act 1995 regulates the ethical standards of CPCs.
